In July 2010 a group of talented language students, who have excelled in German and French in Year 8 visited Tynedale Middle School to set up a Foreign Exchange Bureau and a Continental Cafe for students in Year 6 and Year 7.

 

Our students represented the Department in a superb way, encouraging younger learners to speak foreign languages and to exchange money and use the Euro currency in a realistic setting. A worthwhile experience and a lot of fun for all who took part!!
