Reception children celebrated Chinese New Year with several activities which included making a dragon

Children worked together choosing materials to make the dragons head. Along piece of red cloth was added for it's body. Four children walked underneath holding the dragon above them and paraded around the Spartan Centre,followed by children dressed in Chinese clothes and playing instrument.The week ended with the children trying Chinese food in a Chinese Restaurant, which had been set up in the Foundation Unit.
