I can’t believe how quickly the weeks are whizzing by and we’ve reached November already! We have had an incredibly busy, focused and hardworking term so far and the staff and children should feel really proud of their efforts. Our Ofsted inspection in the second week of the school year, recognised many outstanding aspects of our school and also confirmed what we already knew about our next steps forward. I’ve been thrilled by the way in which staff, pupils and parents are working so closely together and there is a very determined ethos throughout our entire school.
Please make sure you take time to look at our photos on this website and read our newsletters to find out more about all the special things that are happening in school this term. We have organised a number of parents’ meetings and curriculum afternoons so watch out for those dates too! If you are not a parent or carer at Newsham but would like to visit our school, please contact a member of staff in our school office and we will be happy to help you if at all possible.
